Hey guys! It’s Salish here, and today I’m sharing all the crazy fun we had doing the Extreme One Color Challenge!
If you’ve never seen this challenge before, let me explain—it’s when you’re only allowed to eat, wear, and basically live with one color for 24 hours. Sounds simple, right?
Well, let me tell you, when Nidal and I do a challenge, things get competitive fast! 😅
Here’s how it worked: we each picked a color out of a mystery box at the start of the challenge. I got pink (of course 🩷), and Nidal got blue.
Right away, Nidal started bragging about how much easier his color was, and I was like, “Oh yeah? Let’s see if you can survive on just blueberries and Gatorade!” Spoiler alert: he struggled! 😂
The first task was finding outfits in our colors. I was living my best life in a pink jumpsuit and matching sneakers—super cute, right?
Meanwhile, Nidal ended up in the most ridiculous blue tracksuit I’ve ever seen. He tried to act cool, but we both ended up laughing so hard. I think the tracksuit was definitely a win for Team Pink. 💅
Next, we went to a grocery store to find food in our colors. I grabbed pink donuts, cotton candy, and strawberry milk.
Meanwhile, Nidal could only find blue candy and blue tortilla chips. (He tried to call a can of blueberries “real food,” but let’s be honest—he was basically eating snacks all day.) By lunchtime, he was so jealous of my pink macarons.
Then came the hardest part: the activity challenge. We each had to build something out of LEGOs in our color.
I made an adorable pink castle, while Nidal tried to build a blue race car. Let’s just say his car was falling apart faster than his patience. I was nice about it, though (mostly).
At the end of the day, we had to vote on who rocked their color best. My dad, Jordan, was the judge, and after lots of dramatic debating (and some bribing with macarons), he finally picked… ME!
🏆 Team Pink for the win! Nidal wasn’t too happy about losing, but I promised to share my leftover donuts with him, so we made up.
What about you guys? If you had to pick one color to live with for 24 hours, what would it be? Let me know in the comments! And don’t forget to watch the video—Nidal’s reaction to the tracksuit alone is worth it! 😂🎨
