Mean Girls and My Big Lesson on Kindness

Hey guys, it’s Salish! 😊 I just had the most amazing experience playing a role in a short film with Dhar Mann Studios! You might know Dhar Mann’s videos—they’re all about teaching important life lessons, and honestly, being part of one was such a dream come true.

So, in the short film, I played a gymnast who got teased by mean girls for being “too small.”

Let me tell you, stepping into that role was eye-opening. Even though it was all acting, it made me think about how often people judge others based on things they can’t control. Like, hello? Being small doesn’t mean you can’t be strong, talented, or awesome! 💪

Working with Dhar Mann’s team was SO fun, but it was also emotional. There was this moment in the script where I had to stand up for myself, and it really hit me.

No one should ever feel less than just because of what someone else says. It’s about believing in yourself and knowing your worth, no matter what.

After filming, I felt so inspired to spread kindness and remind everyone: words matter.

Let’s lift each other up instead of tearing each other down. 💖 Thanks, Dhar Mann, for letting me be part of something so meaningful! 🫶
